創世記 Genesis 37:1-38:30
37:1
雅各住在迦南地，就是他父親寄居的地。
And Jacob dwelt in the land where his father had sojourned, in the land of Canaan.
37:2
雅各的記略如下。約瑟十七歲時與他哥哥們一同牧羊。他是個少年人，與他父親的妻辟拉、悉帕的兒子們常在一處。約瑟將他哥哥們的惡行報給他們的父親。
These are the generations of Jacob. Joseph, when he was seventeen years old, was shepherding the flock with his brothers while he was still a youth, with the sons of Bilhah and with the sons of Zilpah, his father's wives. And Joseph brought an evil report of them to their father.
37:3
以色列原來愛約瑟過於愛他的眾子，因為約瑟是他年老生的；他給約瑟作了一件彩衣。
Now Israel loved Joseph more than all his sons, because he was the son of his old age; and he had made him a coat of many colors.
37:4
約瑟的哥哥們見父親愛約瑟過於愛他們，就恨約瑟，不與他說和睦的話。
And when his brothers saw that their father loved him more than all his brothers, they hated him and could not speak peaceably to him.
37:5
約瑟作了一個夢，把這夢告訴他哥哥們，他們就越發恨他。
Then Joseph had a dream; and when he told it to his brothers, they hated him even more.
37:6
約瑟對他們說，請聽我所作的這夢：
And he said to them, Listen to this dream which I have had:
37:7
我們在田裏捆禾稼，忽然間我的禾捆起來站著，你們的禾捆來圍著我的禾捆下拜。
There we were, binding sheaves in the field, when suddenly my sheaf rose up and remained standing; and then your sheaves gathered around and bowed down to my sheaf.
37:8
他的哥哥們對他說，難道你真要作我們的王，真要管轄我們麼？他們就因為他的夢和他的話越發恨他。
And his brothers said to him, Will you indeed reign over us and actually be a ruler among us? So they hated him even more for his dreams and for his words.
37:9
後來他又作了一個夢，也把這夢告訴他的哥哥們說，看哪，我又作了一個夢，夢見太陽、月亮與十一顆星，向我下拜。
And he had still another dream and told it to his brothers and said, Now I have had another dream: There were the sun and the moon and eleven stars, bowing down to me.
37:10
約瑟將這夢告訴他父親和他哥哥們，他父親就責備他說，你作的這是甚麼夢！難道我和你母親、你弟兄，果然要來俯伏在地，向你下拜麼？
And he told it to his father and to his brothers; and his father rebuked him and said to him, What is this dream that you have had? Shall I and your mother and your brothers indeed come to bow down to the ground to you?
37:11
他哥哥們都嫉妒他，他父親卻把這話存在心裏。
And his brothers were jealous of him, but his father kept the saying in his heart.
37:12
約瑟的哥哥們往示劍去放他們父親的羊。
Then his brothers went to shepherd their father's flock in Shechem.
37:13
以色列對約瑟說，你哥哥們不是正在示劍放羊麼？你來，我要打發你往他們那裏去。約瑟說，我在這裏。
And Israel said to Joseph, Your brothers are now shepherding the flock in Shechem. Come, and I will send you to them. And he said to him, Here I am.
37:14
以色列說，你去看看你哥哥們平安不平安，群羊平安不平安，就回來報信給我；於是打發他出希伯崙谷，他就往示劍去了。
And he said to him, Go now, see if it is well with your brothers and well with the flock, and bring word back to me. So he sent him from the valley of Hebron, and he came to Shechem.
37:15
有人遇見他在田野走迷了路，就問他說，你找甚麼？
And a man found him; and there he was, wandering in the field, and the man asked him, saying, What are you seeking?
37:16
他說，我找我的哥哥們；求你告訴我，他們在那裏放羊。
And he said, I am seeking my brothers. Please tell me where they are shepherding the flock.
37:17
那人說，他們已經離開這裏走了，我聽見他們說要往多坍去。約瑟就去追趕他哥哥們，在多坍找到他們。
And the man said, They have moved on from here; for I heard them say, Let us go to Dothan. And Joseph went after his brothers and found them in Dothan.
37:18
他們遠遠的看見他，趁他還沒有走到跟前，大家就同謀要害死他，
And when they saw him from a distance and before he came near to them, they conspired against him to put him to death.
37:19
彼此說，你看，那作夢的來了。
And they said one to another, Here comes this master of dreams.
37:20
來罷，我們將他殺了，丟在一個坑裏，就說有惡獸把他喫了；我們且看他的夢將來怎麼樣。
Now then, come and let us slay him and throw him into one of the pits; and we will say, A wild beast has devoured him; then we will see what will become of his dreams.
37:21
流便聽見了，要救他脫離他們的手，就說，我們不可害他的性命；
But when Reuben heard it, he tried to deliver him out of their hand and said, Let us not take his life.
37:22
又說，不可流他的血；可以把他丟在這野地的坑裏，只是不可下手害他。流便的意思是要救他脫離他們的手，把他歸還他的父親。
And Reuben said to them, Shed no blood; throw him into this pit that is in the wilderness, but do not lay a hand on him-that he might deliver him out of their hand to restore him to his father.
37:23
約瑟到了他哥哥們那裏，他們就剝了他的外衣，就是他穿的那件彩衣，
And when Joseph came to his brothers, they stripped Joseph of his coat, the coat of many colors that was on him;
37:24
把他丟在坑裏；那坑是空的，裏頭沒有水。
And they took him and threw him into the pit. Now the pit was empty; there was no water in it.
37:25
於是他們坐下喫飯；他們舉目觀看，見有一夥米甸的以實瑪利人從基列來，用駱駝馱著香膠、香油、沒藥，要帶下埃及去。
Then they sat down to eat food; and they lifted up their eyes and looked, and there was a caravan of Ishmaelites, coming from Gilead, with their camels bearing aromatic gum and balm and myrrh, going to carry it down to Egypt.
37:26
猶大對眾弟兄說，我們殺我們的弟弟，藏了他的血，有甚麼益處呢？
Then Judah said to his brothers, What gain is there if we slay our brother and conceal his blood?
37:27
我們不如將他賣給以實瑪利人，不可下手害他；因為他是我們的弟弟，我們的骨肉。眾弟兄就聽從了他。
Come, and let us sell him to the Ishmaelites, and let our hand not be on him; for he is our brother, our flesh. And his brothers listened to him.
37:28
所以當米甸的商人從那裏經過，約瑟的哥哥們就把約瑟從坑里拉上來，講定二十錠銀子，把約瑟賣給以實瑪利人。他們就把約瑟帶到埃及去了。
So when some Midianite traders passed by, they pulled Joseph up, lifting him out of the pit, and they sold Joseph to the Ishmaelites for twenty pieces of silver. And these brought Joseph into Egypt.
37:29
流便回到坑邊，見約瑟不在坑裏，就撕裂衣服，
And when Reuben returned to the pit and saw that Joseph was not in the pit, he tore his clothes.
37:30
回到弟弟們那裏，說，童子沒有了，我怎麼辦？
And he returned to his brothers and said, The boy is not there; so as for me, what shall I do?
37:31
他們宰了一隻公山羊，把約瑟的外衣蘸了血。
Then they took Joseph's coat and slaughtered a male goat and dipped the coat in the blood.
37:32
他們打發人把那件彩衣送到他們父親那裏，說，我們撿到了這個；請認一認是你兒子的外衣不是？
And they sent the coat of many colors and had it brought to their father and said, We found this; please examine it, and see if it is your son's coat or not.
37:33
他認得，就說，這是我兒子的外衣。有惡獸把他喫了，約瑟必定被撕碎了！
And he recognized it and said, It is my son's coat. A wild beast has devoured him; Joseph is without doubt torn to pieces.
37:34
雅各便撕裂衣服，腰間圍上麻布，為他兒子悲哀了許多日子。
And Jacob tore his garments and put sackcloth upon his loins and mourned for his son many days.
37:35
他的兒子女兒都起來安慰他，他卻不肯受安慰，說，我必悲悲哀哀的下陰間，到我兒子那裏。約瑟的父親就為他哀哭。
And all his sons and all his daughters rose up to comfort him; but he refused to be comforted and said, Surely I will go down to Sheol to my son, mourning. Thus his father wept for him.
37:36
米甸人在埃及把約瑟賣給法老的內臣，護衛長波提乏。
Meanwhile the Midianites had sold him in Egypt to Potiphar, an official of Pharaoh, the captain of the guard.
38:1
那時，猶大離開他弟兄們下去，到一個名叫希拉的亞杜蘭人那裏去。
Now at that time Judah went down from his brothers and pitched his tent near a certain Adullamite, whose name was Hirah.
38:2
猶大在那裏看見一個迦南人名叫書亞的女兒，就娶她為妻，與她同房。
And Judah saw there the daughter of a certain Canaanite whose name was Shua. And he took her and went in to her.
38:3
她就懷孕生了一個兒子，猶大給他起名叫珥。
And she conceived and bore a son, and he called his name Er.
38:4
她再懷孕生了一個兒子，給他起名叫俄南。
And she conceived again and bore a son, and she called his name Onan.
38:5
她又生了一個兒子，給他起名叫示拉。她生示拉的時候，猶大正在基悉。
And yet again she bore a son and called his name Shelah, and she was in Chezib when she bore him.
38:6
猶大為長子珥娶妻，名叫他瑪。
And Judah took a wife for Er his firstborn, and her name was Tamar.
38:7
猶大的長子珥在耶和華眼中看為惡，耶和華就叫他死了。
And Er, Judah's firstborn, was wicked in the sight of Jehovah. And Jehovah put him to death.
38:8
猶大對俄南說，你當與你哥哥的妻子同房，向她盡你為弟的本分，為你哥哥生子立後。
And Judah said to Onan, Go in to your brother's wife, and perform the duty of a brother-in-law to her, and raise up seed to your brother.
38:9
但俄南知道生子不歸自己，所以每當同房便遺在地，免得給他哥哥留後。
But since Onan knew that the seed would not be his, whenever he went in to his brother's wife, he spilled it on the ground, so that he would not give seed to his brother.
38:10
他所作的在耶和華眼中看為惡，耶和華也叫他死了。
But what he did was evil in the sight of Jehovah, so He put him to death also.
38:11
猶大心裏說，恐怕示拉也死，像他兩個哥哥一樣，就對他兒媳他瑪說，你去，在你父親家裏守寡，等我兒子示拉長大。他瑪就回去，住在她父親家裏。
Then Judah said to Tamar his daughter-in-law, Remain a widow in your father's house until Shelah my son grows up. For he thought, He also may die, like his brothers. So Tamar went and dwelt in her father's house.
38:12
過了許久，猶大的妻子，書亞的女兒死了。後來猶大得了安慰，就和他的朋友亞杜蘭人希拉上亭拿去，到他剪羊毛的人那裏。
And in process of time Shua's daughter, the wife of Judah, died; and Judah was comforted and went up to his sheepshearers at Timnah, he and his friend Hirah the Adullamite.
38:13
有人告訴他瑪說，你的公公上亭拿剪羊毛去了。
And it was told to Tamar, saying, Your father-in-law is now going up to Timnah to shear his sheep.
38:14
他瑪見示拉已經長大，還沒有娶她為妻，就脫了她作寡婦的衣裳，用帕子蒙著臉，又遮住身體，坐在往亭拿路上的伊拿印城門口。
And she removed from herself her widow's garments and covered herself with a veil and wrapped herself and sat in the gate of Enaim, which is on the way to Timnah; for she saw that Shelah had grown up, and she had not been given to him as his wife.
38:15
猶大看見她，以為是妓女，因為她蒙著臉。
And when Judah saw her, he thought she was a harlot, for she had covered her face.
38:16
猶大就轉到她那裏去，說，來罷，讓我與你同寢。他原不知道是他的兒媳。他瑪說，你要與我同寢，把甚麼給我呢？
And he turned aside to her by the way and said, Come now, let me come in to you; for he did not know that she was his daughter-in-law. And she said, What will you give me, that you may come in to me?
38:17
猶大說，我從羊群裏取一隻山羊羔，打發人送來給你。他瑪說，在未送以先，你要給我一個抵押才行。
And he said, I will send you a kid from the flock. And she said, Only if you give me a pledge until you send it.
38:18
他說，我給你甚麼作抵押呢？他瑪說，你的印、你的帶子、和你手裏的杖。猶大就給了她，與她同寢，她就從猶大懷了孕。
And he said, What pledge shall I give you? And she said, Your seal and your cord and your staff that is in your hand. And he gave them to her and went in to her, and she conceived by him.
38:19
他瑪起來走了，除去帕子，仍舊穿上作寡婦的衣裳。
And she arose and went away, and removed her veil from herself and put on her widow's garments.
38:20
猶大託他朋友亞杜蘭人送一隻山羊羔去，要從那女人手裏取回抵押，卻找不著她，
And Judah sent the kid by the hand of his friend the Adullamite, to receive the pledge from the woman's hand; but he did not find her.
38:21
就問那地方的人說，伊拿印路旁的妓女在那裏？他們說，這裏從來沒有妓女。
Then he asked the men of her place, saying, Where is the prostitute who was by the road at Enaim? And they said, There has been no prostitute here.
38:22
他回去見猶大說，我沒有找著她，並且那地方的人說，這裏從來沒有妓女。
And he returned to Judah and said, I did not find her; and also the men of the place said, There has been no prostitute here.
38:23
猶大說，我把這山羊羔送去了，你竟找不著她。任憑她留著那些東西罷，免得我們成了笑柄。
And Judah said, Let her keep the things for herself, lest we become a laughing stock; you see, I sent her this kid, but you did not find her.
38:24
約過了三個月，有人告訴猶大說，你的兒媳他瑪作了妓女，且因行淫有了身孕。猶大說，拉出她來，把她燒了！
And about three months later it was told Judah, saying, Tamar your daughter-in-law has played the harlot; moreover, now she is pregnant by harlotry. And Judah said, Bring her out, and let her be burned.
38:25
他瑪被拉出來的時候，打發人去見她公公，對他說，這些東西是誰的，我就是從誰懷的孕。請你認一認，這印和帶子並杖都是誰的？
As she was being brought out, she sent word to her father-in-law, saying, I am pregnant by the man to whom these belong. And she said, Please note whose these are, the seal and the cords and the staff.
38:26
猶大認出這些東西，就說，她比我更有義，因為我沒有將她給我的兒子示拉。從此猶大不再與她同寢了。
And Judah took note of them and said, She is more righteous than I, because I did not give her to my son Shelah. And he did not know her again anymore.
38:27
他瑪將要生產，不料她腹裏是孿生子。
And at the time of her delivery, there were twins in her womb.
38:28
到生產的時候，一個孩子伸出一隻手來；收生婆拿一條朱紅線拴在他手上，說，這一個是先生出來的。
And while she was giving birth, one put out a hand; and the midwife took and tied on his hand a scarlet thread, saying, This one came out first.
38:29
隨後這孩子把手收回去，他哥哥生出來了；收生婆說，你為甚麼搶著來呢？因此他名叫法勒斯。
But when he drew back his hand, his brother suddenly came out; and she said, What a breach you have made for yourself! Therefore his name was called Perez.
38:30
後來，他那手上有朱紅線的弟弟也生出來，他就名叫謝拉。
And afterward his brother came out, who had the scarlet thread on his hand; and his name was called Zerah.

馬太福音 Matthew 12:22-50
12:22
當下，有一個鬼附、又瞎又啞的人，被帶到耶穌那裏；耶穌就治好了他，以致那啞吧又說話，又看見。
Then there was brought to Him one possessed by a demon, blind and dumb, and He healed him, so that the dumb man spoke and saw.
12:23
所有的群眾都驚奇，說，莫非這是大衛的子孫麼？
And all the crowds were amazed and said, Is this not the Son of David?
12:24
法利賽人聽見了，卻說，這個人趕鬼，無非是靠著鬼王別西卜。
But the Pharisees, hearing this, said, This man does not cast out the demons except by Beelzebul, ruler of the demons.
12:25
耶穌知道他們的心意，就對他們說，凡國自相分爭，必至荒涼；凡城或家自相分爭，也難站住。
But knowing their thoughts, He said to them, Every kingdom divided against itself becomes desolate, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand.
12:26
若撒但趕逐撒但，他就自相分爭，他的國怎能站住？
And if Satan casts out Satan, he is divided against himself. How then will his kingdom stand?
12:27
我若是靠著別西卜趕鬼，你們的子弟又是靠著誰趕呢？這樣，他們就要審判你們了。
And if I, by Beelzebul, cast out the demons, by whom do your sons cast them out? Therefore they shall be your judges.
12:28
我若靠著神的靈趕鬼，這就是神的國臨到你們了。
But if I, by the Spirit of God, cast out the demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon you.
12:29
人怎能進壯者家裏，搶奪他的家具？除非先捆綁那壯者，才能洗劫他的家。
Or how can anyone enter into the house of the strong man and plunder his goods unless he first binds the strong man? And then he will thoroughly plunder his house.
12:30
不與我相合的，就是敵我的；不同我收聚的，就是分散的。
He who is not with Me is against Me, and he who does not gather with Me scatters.
12:31
所以我告訴你們，人一切的罪和褻瀆，都能得赦免；惟獨褻瀆那靈，不能得赦免。
Therefore I say to you, Every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.
12:32
並且無論誰說話抵擋人子，他都能得赦免；但無論誰說話抵擋聖靈，無論在今世，或是在來世，他都不能得赦免。
And whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, neither in this age nor in the one to come.
12:33
或說樹好，果子就好；或說樹壞，果子也壞；樹總是憑果子認出來的。
Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or make the tree corrupt and its fruit corrupt; for by the fruit the tree is known.
12:34
毒蛇之種，你們既是惡的，怎能說出善來？因為心裏所充滿的，口裏就說出來。
Offspring of vipers, how can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.
12:35
善人從他所存的善，發出善來；惡人從他所存的惡，發出惡來。
The good man, out of his good treasure, brings forth good things, and the evil man, out of his evil treasure, brings forth evil things.
12:36
我還告訴你們，人所說的每句閒話，在審判的日子，都必須供出來。
And I say to you that every idle word which men shall speak, they will render an account concerning it in the day of judgment.
12:37
因為要憑你的話，稱你為義；也要憑你的話，定你有罪。
For by your words you shall be justified, and by your words you shall be condemned.
12:38
當時有幾個經學家和法利賽人應聲對耶穌說，夫子，我們願意你顯個神蹟給我們看。
Then some of the scribes and Pharisees answered Him, saying, Teacher, we want to see a sign from You.
12:39
耶穌回答他們說，邪惡淫亂的世代尋求神蹟，除了申言者約拿的神蹟以外，再沒有神蹟給它。
But He answered and said to them, An evil and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, and a sign shall not be given to it except the sign of Jonah the prophet.
12:40
因為約拿怎樣三日三夜在大魚腹中，人子也必照樣三日三夜在地心裏。
For just as Jonah was in the belly of the great fish three days and three nights, so will the Son of Man be in the heart of the earth three days and three nights.
12:41
在審判的時候，尼尼微人要同這世代站起來，並要定這世代的罪，因為他們聽了約拿所傳揚的，就悔改了。看哪，在這裏有比約拿更大的。
Ninevite men will stand up in the judgment with this generation and will condemn it, because they repented at the preaching of Jonah, and behold, something more than Jonah is here.
12:42
在審判的時候，南方的女王要同這世代起來，並要定這世代的罪，因為她從地極來，要聽所羅門的智慧話。看哪，在這裏有比所羅門更大的。
The queen of the south will rise up in the judgment with this generation and will condemn it, because she came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon, and behold, something more than Solomon is here.
12:43
污靈從人裏面出來，在無水之地蕩來蕩去，尋找安歇之處，卻尋不著。
When the unclean spirit goes out from the man, it roams through waterless places, seeking rest, and does not find it.
12:44
便說，我要回到我所出來我的屋裏去。到了，就見裏面空著，打掃乾淨，裝飾好了。
Then it says, I will return to my house from which I came out. And it comes and finds it unoccupied, swept, and decorated.
12:45
於是去另帶了七個比自己更惡的靈來，一同進去，住在那裏。那人末後的景況，就比先前更壞了。這邪惡的世代，也要如此。
Then it goes and takes along with itself seven other spirits more evil than itself, and they enter in and settle down there. And the last state of that man becomes worse than the first. Thus shall it be also with this evil generation.
12:46
耶穌還對群眾說話的時候，看哪，祂的母親和兄弟站在外面，要找祂說話。
While He was still speaking to the crowds, behold, His mother and His brothers stood outside seeking to speak to Him.
12:47
有人對祂說，看哪，你的母親和兄弟站在外面，要找你說話。
And someone said to Him, Behold, Your mother and Your brothers are standing outside seeking to speak to You.
12:48
祂卻回答那對祂說話的人說，誰是我的母親？誰是我的弟兄？
But He answered and said to him who spoke to Him, Who is My mother, and who are My brothers?
12:49
就伸手指著門徒說，看哪，我的母親，我的弟兄！
And stretching out His hand toward His disciples, He said, Behold, My mother and My brothers!
12:50
因為凡實行我在諸天之上父旨意的，就是我的弟兄、姊妹和母親了。
For whoever does the will of My Father who is in the heavens, he is My brother and sister and mother.
