詩篇 Psalms 26:1-30:12
26:1
耶和華阿，求你為我伸冤，因我向來行事純全，並且信靠耶和華；我必不搖動。
Judge me, O Jehovah; For I have walked in my integrity, And in Jehovah I have trusted; I will not waver.
26:2
耶和華阿，求你察看我，試驗我，熬煉我的肺腑心腸。
Examine me, O Jehovah, and try me; Test my inward parts and my heart.
26:3
因為你的慈愛常在我眼前，我也按你的真理而行。
For Your lovingkindness is before my eyes, And I have walked in Your truth.
26:4
我沒有和虛謊人同坐，也不與假冒為善的人往來。
I do not sit with men of falsehood, Nor will I associate with hypocrites.
26:5
我恨惡作惡之人的會，必不與惡人同坐。
I hate the assembly of evildoers, Nor will I sit with the wicked.
26:6
耶和華阿，我要洗手表明無辜，好環繞你的祭壇，
I wash my hands in innocence And go around Your altar, O Jehovah,
26:7
發出稱謝的聲音，並述說你一切奇妙的作為。
Making myself heard with the voice of thanksgiving And telling out all Your wonderful deeds.
26:8
耶和華阿，我愛你所住的殿，和你的榮耀所居之處。
O Jehovah, I love the habitation of Your house, And the place where Your glory abides.
26:9
不要把我的魂和罪人一同除掉，也不要把我的性命和流人血的一同除掉。
Do not gather my soul with sinners, Nor my life with men of bloodshed,
26:10
他們的手中有惡計，右手滿有賄賂。
In whose hand is a wicked scheme, And whose right hand is full of bribes.
26:11
至於我，我行事純全；求你救贖我，恩待我。
But as for me, I walk in my integrity; Redeem me and be gracious to me.
26:12
我的腳站在平坦地方；在眾會中我要頌讚耶和華。
My foot stands on level ground; In the assemblies I will bless Jehovah.
27:1
耶和華是我的亮光，是我的拯救；我還怕誰呢？耶和華是我生命的力量；我還懼怕誰呢？
Jehovah is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? Jehovah is the strength of my life; Whom shall I dread?
27:2
那作惡的，就是我的敵人，我的仇敵，他們前來喫我肉的時候，就絆跌仆倒。
When evildoers come near me To devour my flesh, It is they, my adversaries and my enemies, Who stumble and fall.
27:3
雖有軍兵安營攻擊我，我的心也不害怕；雖有爭戰興起攻擊我，我仍是安然。
If an army camps against me, My heart does not fear; If a battle arises against me, In spite of this I am confident.
27:4
有一件事，我曾求耶和華，我仍要尋求；就是一生一世住在耶和華的殿中，瞻仰祂的榮美，在祂的殿裏求問。
One thing I have asked from Jehovah; That do I seek: To dwell in the house of Jehovah All the days of my life, To behold the beauty of Jehovah, And to inquire in His temple.
27:5
因為在我遭難的日子，祂必將我隱藏在祂的遮蔽處；祂必把我藏匿在祂帳幕的隱密處，將我高舉在磐石上。
For He will conceal me in His shelter In the day of trouble; He will hide me in the hiding place of His tent; He will raise me up upon a rock.
27:6
現在我得以昂首，高過四圍的仇敵。我要在祂的帳幕裏獻歡呼的祭；我要唱詩，歌頌耶和華。
And now my head is lifted up Above my enemies who surround me. And I will offer in His tent Sacrifices of shouts of joy: I will sing and psalm to Jehovah.
27:7
耶和華阿，我用聲音呼籲的時候，求你垂聽，並求你恩待我，應允我。
Hear, O Jehovah, when I call with my voice, And be gracious to me and answer me.
27:8
你說，你們當尋求我的面；那時我的心向你說，耶和華阿，你的面我正要尋求。
When You say, Seek My face, To You my heart says, Your face, O Jehovah, will I seek.
27:9
不要向我掩面；不要在怒中趕逐僕人；你向來是我的幫助。救我的神阿，不要丟棄我，也不要離棄我。
Do not hide Your face from me; Do not turn Your servant away in Your anger; You have been my help. Do not abandon me or forsake me, O God of my salvation.
27:10
我父母離棄我，耶和華必收留我。
If my father and my mother forsake me, Jehovah will take me up.
27:11
耶和華阿，求你將你的道路指教我，因那埋伏等候我者的緣故，引導我走平坦的途徑。
Teach me, O Jehovah, Your way, And lead me on a level path Because of those who lie in wait for me.
27:12
求你不要把我交給敵人，遂其所願；因為作假見證的，和口吐兇惡的，起來攻擊我。
Do not give me over To the desire of my adversaries; For false witnesses have risen up against me, And those who breathe out threats.
27:13
我信我必在活人之地得見耶和華的美善。
I have believed That I would see the goodness of Jehovah In the land of the living.
27:14
要等候耶和華；當壯膽，堅固你的心；要等候耶和華。
Wait for Jehovah; Be strong, and let your heart be encouraged. Yes, wait for Jehovah.
28:1
耶和華阿，我向你呼求；我的磐石阿，不要不聽我；恐怕你向我閉口，我就如下到坑中的人一樣。
To You, O Jehovah, do I call out; My rock, do not be deaf to me, Lest, if You are silent to me, I become like those who go down into the pit.
28:2
我呼求你，向你至聖所舉手的時候，求你垂聽我懇求的聲音。
Hear the voice of my supplications When I cry out to You, When I lift up my hands Unto Your innermost sanctuary.
28:3
不要把我和惡人，並作孽的，一同拖去除掉；他們與鄰舍說和平話，心裏卻是奸惡。
Do not drag me away with the wicked And with the workers of iniquity, Who speak peace to their neighbors While evil is in their heart.
28:4
願你按著他們所作的，並他們所行的惡報應他們；願你照著他們手所作的報應他們；願你將他們所應得的報應加給他們。
Repay them according to what they have done And according to the evil of their deeds; According to the work of their hands repay them; Return to them their due.
28:5
他們既然不留心耶和華所行的，和祂手所作的，祂就必拆毀他們，不建立他們。
For they do not regard the acts of Jehovah Or the work of His hands; He will tear them down And not rebuild them.
28:6
耶和華是當受頌讚的，因為祂聽了我懇求的聲音。
Blessed be Jehovah, For He has heard the voice of my supplications.
28:7
耶和華是我的力量，是我的盾牌；我的心信靠祂，我就得幫助；所以我的心歡樂；我必用詩歌稱謝祂。
Jehovah is my strength and my shield; My heart trusts in Him, and I am helped; Therefore my heart exults; And with my song do I give thanks to Him.
28:8
耶和華是祂百姓的力量，又是祂受膏者得救的保障。
Jehovah is their strength; And He is a stronghold of salvation to His anointed.
28:9
求你拯救你的百姓，賜福給你的產業，牧養他們，懷抱他們，直到永遠。
Save Your people, And bless Your inheritance; And shepherd them and carry them forever.
29:1
神的眾子阿，你們要將榮耀能力歸給耶和華，都歸給耶和華；
Ascribe to Jehovah, O sons of the Mighty, Ascribe to Jehovah glory and strength;
29:2
要將耶和華的名所當得的榮耀歸給祂；當以聖別的妝飾敬拜耶和華。
Ascribe to Jehovah the glory of His name; Worship Jehovah in holy splendor.
29:3
耶和華的聲音在眾水之上；榮耀的神打雷，耶和華打雷在大水之上。
The voice of Jehovah is over the waters; The God of glory thunders, Jehovah over the great waters.
29:4
耶和華的聲音大有能力；耶和華的聲音滿有威嚴。
The voice of Jehovah is powerful; The voice of Jehovah is full of majesty.
29:5
耶和華的聲音震破香柏樹；耶和華震碎利巴嫩的香柏樹。
The voice of Jehovah breaks the cedars; Indeed Jehovah breaks the cedars of Lebanon in pieces;
29:6
祂使利巴嫩跳躍如牛犢，使西連跳躍如野牛犢。
And He makes Lebanon skip like a calf, And Sirion like a young wild ox.
29:7
耶和華的聲音使火焰分岔。
The voice of Jehovah cleaves out flames of fire.
29:8
耶和華的聲音震動曠野；耶和華震動加低斯的曠野。
The voice of Jehovah shakes the wilderness; Jehovah shakes the wilderness of Kadesh.
29:9
耶和華的聲音使母鹿落胎，使林木落葉光禿；凡在祂殿中的都說，榮耀！
The voice of Jehovah causes the hinds to calve And strips the forests bare; And in His temple all say, Glory!
29:10
洪水氾濫之時，耶和華坐在寶座上；耶和華坐著為王，直到永遠。
Jehovah sat enthroned at the Flood, And Jehovah sits as King forever.
29:11
願耶和華賜力量給祂的百姓。願耶和華賜平安的福給祂的百姓。
May Jehovah give strength to His people. May Jehovah bless His people with peace.
30:1
耶和華阿，我要尊崇你，因為你曾救拔我，不讓仇敵向我誇耀。
I extol You, O Jehovah, for You have drawn me up And have not let my enemies rejoice over me.
30:2
耶和華我的神阿，我曾呼求你，你醫治了我。
O Jehovah my God, I cried out to You, And You healed me.
30:3
耶和華阿，你曾把我的魂從陰間提上來，使我存活，不至於下到坑中。
O Jehovah, You have brought up my soul from Sheol; You have preserved me alive that I would not go down into the pit.
30:4
耶和華的聖民哪，你們要歌頌祂，讚美祂可記念的聖名。
Sing psalms to Jehovah, you who are His faithful ones; And praise His holy memorial.
30:5
因為祂的怒氣不過是轉眼之間，祂的恩惠乃是一生之久；一宿雖然有哭泣，早晨便必歡呼。
For His anger lasts but a moment, His favor, a lifetime; Weeping may linger in the evening, But a ringing shout goes up in the morning.
30:6
至於我，我在平順時曾說，我永不動搖。
As for me, I said in my prosperity, I will never be shaken.
30:7
耶和華阿，你曾施恩惠，叫我的山堅立。你掩了面，我就驚惶。
O Jehovah, by Your favor You had made my mountain stand strong. You hid Your face; I was troubled.
30:8
耶和華阿，我曾呼求你；我向耶和華懇求，說，
To You, O Jehovah, I called out; And to Jehovah I made my supplication.
30:9
我被害流血，下到坑中，有甚麼益處呢？塵土豈能讚美你，傳說你的信實麼？
What profit is there in my blood if I go down into the pit? Will the dust praise You? Will it declare Your faithfulness?
30:10
耶和華阿，求你應允我，恩待我。耶和華阿，求你幫助我。
Hear, O Jehovah, and be gracious to me. O Jehovah, be my help.
30:11
你已將我的哀哭變為跳舞；你已將我的麻衣解下，用喜樂給我束腰，
You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; You have loosened my sackcloth And girded me with rejoicing,
30:12
好叫我的靈歌頌你，並不住聲。耶和華我的神阿，我要讚美你，直到永遠。
That my glory might sing psalms to You and not be silent. O Jehovah my God, I will praise You forever.
新約 New Testament
羅馬書 Romans 8:1-13
8:1
如此，現今那些在基督耶穌裏的，就沒有定罪了。
There is now then no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus.
8:2
因為生命之靈的律，在基督耶穌裏已經釋放了我，使我脫離了罪與死的律。
For the law of the Spirit of life has freed me in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and of death.
8:3
律法因肉體而軟弱，有所不能的，神，既在罪之肉體的樣式裏，並為著罪，差來了自己的兒子，就在肉體中定罪了罪，
For that which the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God, sending His own Son in the likeness of the flesh of sin and concerning sin, condemned sin in the flesh,
8:4
使律法義的要求，成就在我們這不照著肉體，只照著靈而行的人身上。
That the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the spirit.
8:5
因為照著肉體的人，思念肉體的事；照著靈的人，思念那靈的事。
For those who are according to the flesh mind the things of the flesh; but those who are according to the spirit, the things of the Spirit.
8:6
因為心思置於肉體，就是死；心思置於靈，乃是生命平安。
For the mind set on the flesh is death, but the mind set on the spirit is life and peace.
8:7
因為置於肉體的心思，是與神為仇，因牠不服神的律法，也是不能服；
Because the mind set on the flesh is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, for neither can it be.
8:8
而且在肉體裏的人，不能得神的喜悅。
And those who are in the flesh cannot please God.
8:9
但神的靈若住在你們裏面，你們就不在肉體裏，乃在靈裏了；然而人若沒有基督的靈，就不是屬基督的。
But you are not in the flesh, but in the spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Yet if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not of Him.
8:10
但基督若在你們裏面，身體固然因罪是死的，靈卻因義是生命。
But if Christ is in you, though the body is dead because of sin, the spirit is life because of righteousness.
8:11
然而那叫耶穌從死人中復活者的靈，若住在你們裏面，那叫基督從死人中復活的，也必藉著祂住在你們裏面的靈，賜生命給你們必死的身體。
And if the Spirit of the One who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who indwells you.
8:12
弟兄們，這樣，我們並不是欠肉體的債，去照肉體活著。
So then, brothers, we are debtors not to the flesh to live according to the flesh;
8:13
因為你們若照肉體活著，必要死；但你們若靠著那靈治死身體的行為，必要活著。
For if you live according to the flesh, you must die, but if by the Spirit you put to death the practices of the body, you will live.
